Who We’re Looking For
We are looking for a Client Relationship Manager (CRM) to join our team and take charge of developing long-term partnerships with both existing and potential clients. This role combines client relationship management with active sales: identifying opportunities, presenting solutions, and driving renewals and upsells while ensuring client needs are strategically aligned with our services.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Build and maintain strong relationships with PRpillar’s clients, ensuring their needs are met
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and reports
- Develop reputation improvement strategies tailored to each client
- Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address concerns or issues
- Identify opportunities for service expansion
- Collaborate with our Online Reputation Project Managers to ensure smooth project execution
What We Expect from You
- Experience in client management, account management, HR or PR-related roles
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- High level of attention to details
- Ability to manage multiple clients and tasks at once, fast reaction time
- Alignment with our values: trust, openness, and long-term thinking
- Energetic and positive attitude; a proactive, problem-solving mindset
- Understanding of reputation management, PR, or the trading and investment industry (a plus)
- Fluent English and Russian
